nice one man. i still haven't gotten the medal yet, but still on going, I don't play this game 24/7.
Neither do I. My advice for getting the Genocider Medal is to keep going if your on a role and try to die before the high rounds, as their high difficulty slows down the game.

Yes, your health gradually increases with levels, but you'll get more durability by wearing armour and the like.
