Neither do I. My advice for getting the Genocider Medal is to keep going if your on a role and try to die before the high rounds, as their high difficulty slows down the game.

O: how do you get more heath? is it levels? i have 121 heath and am level 105 maxed stats

Yes, your health gradually increases with levels, but you'll get more durability by wearing armour and the like.
